Church to hold Sunday services with limited seating

First United Presbyterian Church in Silver Creek has resumed Sunday services with limited seating. Those who wish to attend or to receive the email bulletin are asked to call the church office at 934-2018. Church services will continue to be streamed live on Facebook at 10 a.m. every Sunday. All are welcome to attend or tune in within current COVID-19 guidelines.

Hanover Planning Board to meet Monday

The Hanover Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday. Applicants and residents may participate in the meetings only by using Zoom and/or phone connections. For more information, call Sue Franklin in the town Assessor’s Office at 934-2552.

JCC Board of Trustees to meet

The next meetings of the Jamestown Community College Board of Trustees will be Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. in the Student Union in the Hamilton Collegiate Center on the Jamestown Campus, 525 Falconer St., Jamestown.

The group will follow COVID protocols, including issuing and requiring those attending to wear a paper mask, body temperature scan, completion of a questionnaire regarding travel and COVID-related symptoms (fever 100.4 or greater, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough, chills along or repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell). Social distancing and designated single-occupancy restrooms will be enforced.

All attendees must pre-register to attend through email to Marsha Hern at marshahern@mail.sunyjcc.edu or by calling 338-1060 by 10 a.m. Monday. All attendees must enter the building at the entrance to the Hamilton Collegiate Center in the large parking lot off of James Street. Signs will indicate the entrance.

Those attending should arrive by 8:30 a.m. for the screening process. No late arrivals will be permitted.

County Planning Board to meet Tuesday

The Chautauqua County Planning Board’s Capital Projects Review meeting will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday via videoconferencing, as permitted by the state Open Meetings Law. The public will be able to fully observe the videoconference meeting by going to: zoom.us/j/91720113041?pwd=bGo3VzU1MkUwQmVvNyt1ait0Zi9Vdz09.

Access Chautauqua line-up announced

Rolling Hills Radio features Deirdre Flint, Gordon Munding, Greg Franklin and Mandy Andrews airing at 1 and 7 p.m. this week on Access Chautauqua.

Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will have guest Michele Starwalt, professional development. The program is aired and streamed on Facebook live at 9 a.m. Saturday, then repeats at 2 and 8 p.m.

Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.

All programming starts on Saturday, June 13, with the final airing on Friday, June 19.

Access Chautauqua, formerly Access Channel 5, is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Ripley, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on cable channel 1301.

The programs may also be viewed after the initial airing at the station’s website at accesschautauquacountytv.org.
