WESTFIELD – Every-one is welcome to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the Westfield Recreation Department’s “Friday Night Movie” at Welch Field on Union Street this coming Friday.

The evening features pre-show entertainment by the Centerstage Dance Studio starting at 7 p.m. There will be a school supply collection for students in need. All are encouraged to support this cause and bring various school supplies to donate to those in need.

The Friday showing is “Zootopia.” The movie will be sponsored by Cakes by Brandy, Lakeshore Savings Bank and Westfield Memorial Hospital. Show time will be as soon after dusk when it is dark enough.

Parents are reminded that children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. There will be an enforced smoke-, alcohol- and pet-free environment.

Admission is free. In case of rain, the movie will be shown the following night in the park.
