Annual Barn Mass to be held in Forestville

The Barn Mass will take place Saturday at 6 p.m.

FORESTVILLE — The Annual Christmas Barn Mass will be held on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 6 p.m. in the barn of John and Aimee  Rogers’ family farm, 10237 Bradigan Road, Forestville. This event is through the Roman Catholic Faith Community of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, which is comprised of St. Rose of Lima in Forestville and Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Silver Creek.

Rev. Dan Fiebelkorn will be the main celebrant.

In addition to the Mass, a Christmas pageant with live animals will adorn the manger setting and cocoa and cookies will be served after the Mass. Dress warm!!

The second collection will be for the St. Gianni Molla Pregnancy Center in Dunkirk.

New this year: Unfortunately, there will NOT be a shuttle bus this year. Parking will be on the street. Those who need special assistance are asked to see the attendant at the driveway the day of the Barn Mass.

Everyone is invited to attend  this celebration as it will be a reminder to all of the REASON for this SEASON!
