The bride to be is the daughter of retired superintendent of Bemus Point Schools, Albert and Elizabeth D’Attilio of Jamestown. She received a bachelor of arts degree in research psychology at Daemen College, and her master of science degree in higher education and student affairs at the State University of New York College at Buffalo. She is an admissions advisor at the University at Buffalo.

The prospective groom is the son of City Court Judge Walter and Susan Drag of Dunkirk. He received a bachelor of arts degree in politics and environmental studies at SUNY Potsdam, and his master’s degree in urban planning at the University at Buffalo. He is a watershed project coordinator at the Alliance for the Great Lakes.

A Nov. 5, 2016 wedding is planned in Buffalo.

The bride to be is the daughter of Darryl and Lisa Ver Hague of Fredonia. She received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics education at SUNY Fredonia. She finishes her last class for her master’s degree this fall at SUNY Fredonia in the field of curriculum and instruction in inclusive education. She works at Chautauqua Lake Central School teaching high school math.

The prospective groom is the son of Ro Naomi of Ontario, N.Y. and Thomas Sadler of Rochester. He obtained a bachelor of science degree in mathematics education at SUNY Fredonia and his master’s degree from SUNY Fredonia in the field of secondary mathematics education. He works at Silver Creek Central School District teaching mathematics.

A July 29, 2017 wedding is planned.

The bride to be is the daughter of Luis and Carmen Vega of Dunkirk. She graduated from the University of Buffalo and is currently employed as a licensed registered nurse in the neo-natal intensive care unit at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Westchester, N.Y.

The prospective groom is the son of Brigitte and Heribert Becker of Germany. He graduated from the Jonkoping International Business School in Sweden and is currently employed in New York City as an International Digital Media Manager.

Their wedding is set for Sept. 10, 2016.

The bride to be is the daughter of Cheryll Bixby and the late Joseph Bixby of Forestville. She is a graduate of Forestville Central High School, and a recent graduate of Canisius College with a masters of science in community mental health counseling. She works as a mental health counselor.

The prospective groom is the son of Donald and Colleen Meder of Stockton. He is a graduate of Cassadaga Valley High School. He is employed as a professional firefighter for the city of Dunkirk.

A wedding date of June 24, 2017 has been set.
