The Divine Sound Gospel Choir of the State University of New York at Fredonia will present the “Claiming My Victory Concert,” an evening of beautiful music and worship, on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 6 p.m., in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.

Also performing will be the Divine Sound Praise Dancers and guest choirs from SUNY Buffalo State College (Buff State S.p.i.r.i.t.) and the University at Buffalo (UB Gospel Choir). In addition to their own selections, the three choirs will sing one song together.

The Divine Sound Gospel Choir, which has approximately 30 student members, is directed by Ashley Linton, assisted by Gail Sharpe. Maddie Little directs the four-member dance troupe.

Tickets are $5 for the general public and $3 for students and are available at the Fredonia Ticket Office in the Williams Center. The concert is being held in conjunction with Fredonia’s Office of Volunteer and Community Services.
