During the Oct. 8 Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club meeting at The Parkview in Westfield, Peter Bills (left), Club Membership Chair and Past Club President, was presented with his Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow Award Level 2 (PH+2) pin by Patty Benton (right), Club Foundation Chair and Past Club President. Paul Harris Fellow recognition is The Rotary Foundation’s way of expressing appreciation for a substantial contribution to its humanitarian and educational programs. Rotary International’s six areas of focus are peace and conflict prevention/resolution; disease prevention and treatment; water and sanitation; maternal and child health; basic education and literacy; and economic and community development.
