Emily Hunter and Stephen Mildner were married May 23 during an evening ceremony at Shades of Green Resort in Walt Disney World, Fla.

The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Anthony White. Music for the ceremony was provided by Crystal Flup. The bride’s parents hosted a cocktail hour and reception at Shades of Green Resort. The bride and groom hosted a welcome party on the eve of the wedding and farewell brunch the morning after.

The bride is the daughter of Jon and Barbara Haverty of Cassadaga.

The groom is the son of Robert and Diane Mildner of Ellwood City, Pa.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a custom Pronovious strapless fit and flare morbido tulle gown detailed with feathers. The gown was complemented with a cathedral-length lace veil and beaded headpiece. The bride carried a custom silver and purple broche bouquet.

The bride is a graduate of Cassadaga Valley High School. She graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in adapted physical activity. She works as a health and physical education teacher at University High School in Morgantown, W. Va.

The groom is a graduate of Lincoln High School, Ellwood City. He graduated from Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in data science from West Virginia University. He is a business systems analyst at Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Canonsburg, Pa.

After honeymooning in Walt Disney World, the couple resides in Morgantown.
