Mr. and Mrs. Dennis AD Pappas

Kimberly Marie Ebert and Dennis AD Pappas of Charlotte, North Carolina were united in marriage on Sept. 3, 2016 at Linville Falls, North Carolina.

The bride is the daughter of David A. and Tammy L. Ebert of Stockton, New York. The groom is the son of Dennis and Henriette Pappas of Charlotte, North Carolina.

The maid of honor was Michele Ebert, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Draggett, cousin of the bride and Emily Smith.

The best man was Marc Pappas, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Koeloe Basson, brother-in-law of the groom and Hunter Brame.

The flower girl was Olivia Basson, niece of the groom.

The bride was escorted by her father and wore her mother’s veil. She carried a bouquet of red roses made by her mother-in-law.

The reception was held at Linville Falls Winery. Out-of-town guests attended from South Africa, Colorado, Georgia, Florida and New York.

The bride graduated from Cassadaga Valley Central School and is a 2015 graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is employed by Oakwood Worldwide as an account coordinator.

The groom is a naturalized United States citizen from South Africa. He graduated from Muir College in Uitenhage and attended Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He is employed by Lutze, Incorporated of Charlotte.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and reside in Charlotte.
