Patrick S. Thompson

WESTFIELD — On Wednesday at about 3 p.m. the Westfield Police Department was called to a location off Bourne Street in the village of Westfield. Upon arrival, a body was discovered in a wooded area by the railroad tracks. The Chautauqua County coroner’s office was called to the location. It was determined that the body was Patrick Thompson, who had been reported missing earlier in the week.

An autopsy will be performed. No foul play is suspected. The Chautauqua County Forensics Team assisted the Westfield Police Department in the investigation.
