Irving man arrested for driving while intoxicated

Fredonia Troopers arrested Zackary T. Snow, 21, of Irving for driving while intoxicated Saturday on State Route 20 in Sheridan. He was pulled over after one of his passengers threw a cigarette butt out the window. Snow failed field sobriety tests, was arrested and brought to the barracks where he provided a breath sample with a blood alcohol content of .10 percent. He was issued tickets for the Town of Sheridan Court.

State Police

STOWE – On Friday, state police charged Ryan J. Paletta, 25, of Dublin, Ohio, for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

An officer pulled over a vehicle on Interstate 86 for reportedly speeding. The trooper reported smelling marijuana while speaking to the driver. As a result the occupants of the vehicle were removed and searched.

The trooper reportedly located a bag containing four grams of marijuana and another bag containing capsules of liquid THC on Paletta’s person. An additional 16 grams of marijuana cigarettes were located in the backseat area of the vehicle and were determined to belong to Paletta.

Paletta was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown where he was charged. He posted bail and was released with appearance tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court.

The driver was issued a ticket for speeding.

Fredonia Police

Nicholas Pacanowski, 19, of Igoe Hall SUNY Fredonia was charged with violating the sewer ordinance Feb. 9. He was re-leased on an appearance ticket.

Andrew C. Sanders, 26, of Berry Road was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a red light on Feb. 9. He was released on $250 bail.

Brandon Drummond, 27, of Prospect Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and having no registration on Feb. 9. He was released on $250 bail. He was again charged on Feb. 10 with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and released on an appearance ticket.

Lauren A. Bandurchin, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, littering and having an open container on Feb. 9. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Thomas T. Graber, 22, of Eagle Street was charged with criminal mischief Feb. 10. He was held on bail.

Joseph Cardina, 19, of Water Street was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 on Feb. 10. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Keith D. Martell, 33, was charged with having inadequate brakes, having unsafe tires and having no inspection on Feb. 12. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Stephen J. Gross, 21, of Amherst was charged with unlicensed operation and improper right turn on Feb. 13. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Richard S. Bosh, 52, of Rochester was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without an interlock device and speeding in a school zone on Feb. 14. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Mark K. Gampietro, 21, of East Aurora was charged with having an open container Feb. 16. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Matthew Dotterweich, 21, of East Aurora was charged with having an open container on Feb. 16. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Antone L.C. Aronson, 22, of Eagle Street was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on Feb. 15. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Damaris Arce, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Feb. 15. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Joshua J. Prusak, 26, of Brigham Road was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Brian D. Trembath, 23, was charged with having an open container on Feb. 17. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Carly D. Trivisonna, 24, of Tully was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment on Feb. 17. She was released on $500 bail.

Dunkirk Police

Merritt D. Wolcott, 21, of Townsend Street was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Feb. 14.

Israel A. Morales-Vega, 31, of East Second Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal on Feb. 15.

Rodney G. Clyburn, 32, of Buffalo was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree criminal mischief Feb. 17.

Dustin Hotle, 25, of Portland was charged with third-degree aggravated un-licensed operation Feb. 17.
