Orchard Park man, 75, charged with trespassing

  • PERSIA – On Sunday, Malcolm C. McIsaac, 75, of Orchard Park was charged with trespass.

A trooper stationed at the Collins barracks investigated a trespassing complaint. A homeowner contacted police about a man entering his property, looking into his windows, knocking on doors, and attempting to access buildings. The complainant reported this had happened on two separate occasions and asked that the man be arrested.

McIsaac was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Persia Court on Feb. 26.

State Police at Jamestown

  • ELLICOTT – On Saturday, troopers charged Michael Norrod, 33, of Dearing Avenue in Jamestown with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Norrod was stopped at a road check on State Route 60. He reportedly had marijuana all over his shirt. A trooper searched Norrod’s vehicle and reportedly 5 grams of marijuana were located.

Norrod was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court on Feb. 19 and released.

  • ELLICOTT – On Saturday, troopers charged Devan M. Huntington, 18, of Route 242 in the Town of Randolph with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Huntington was stopped for reportedly having a headlight out. The officer reportedly smelled marijuana and conducted a search and found 18 grams of marijuana on Huntington.

Huntington was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Ellicott Court on Feb. 19 and released.
