Silver Creek man charged following domestic incident
HANOVER – Michael Coggins, 46, of Silver Creek was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass on Monday.
Reportedly, Coggins showed up at a residence and walked in after he was previously told he was not allowed there and damaged the yard by speeding off in his vehicle.
He is due in the Town of Hanover Court on Monday.
