Rollover accident leads to DWI charge

CHAUTAUQUA – A Mayville man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a rollover crash Saturday. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Sundlov, 25, was driving west on Hannum Road in the town of Chautauqua when he lost control of his vehicle at 3:11 a.m. The vehicle struck a ditch causing it to rollover. Sundlov was taken by the fire department to the hospital for injuries. In addition to being charged with DWI, Sundlov was charged with second-degree unlicensed operation.

HANOVER – Lawrence Kropp, 22, of Buffalo, was charged June 22 with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more and failure to stop at a stop light. Deputies allegedly observed Kropp’s vehicle fail to stop at a stop light at Alleghany Road and Route 5/20 at 4:54 p.m. Kropp was allegedly found to be intoxicated during the traffic stop and was released on appearance tickets for Hanover Town Court.

HANOVER – Jillian H. Kluss, 19, of Lakeview, and Haley K. Harris, 18, of Williamsville, were charged June 22 with having an open container under the age of 21 on Alleghany Road. Deputies were on foot patrol in Sunset Bay when they allegedly observed the two females with open containers at 11:50 p.m. Both were released on appearance tickets for Hanover Town Court.

KIANTONE – Kevin J. Millward, 43, of Jamestown, was charged June 23 with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more and failure to keep right. Deputies observed Millward’s vehicle failing to keep right on Route 60 at 2:30 a.m. Millward’s vehicle was stopped and he was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket for Kiantone Town Court.
