SHINGLEHOUSE, Pa. — On Thursday at approximately 10 a.m., Timothy Fisher, 31, of Shinglehouse, Pa. was issued appearance tickets for fourth degree grand larceny, fourth degree welfare fraud and misuse of food stamps. It is alleged that from May 1, 2015 through Dec. 31, 2015, Fisher failed to notify the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services of income within his household. This unreported income allowed for Fisher to receive $2,805 in unentitled SNAP/food stamp benefits. Fisher is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown court on a later date.
