¯ PORTLAND — A Webster Road man was charged Sunday with unlicensed growing of cannabis. Ryan Dudek, 32, was charged after deputies responding to a suspicious situation at his residence found the marijuana. He will answer to the charges in Portland Town Court at a later date.

¯ FORESTVILLE — Catherine A. Tooley, 34, faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after deputies were alerted Aug. 3 to unsafe living conditions for children. Tooley was charged Monday, released with appearance tickets and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

Fredonia Police

¯ Merle Smith, 32, of Jamestown was charged July 28 with criminal trespass in the second degree, resisting arrest and being a fugitive from justice.

¯ Nelson Catala, 41, no permanent address, was charged on two occasions. On July 20, he was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and trespassing, while on July 25 he was charged with trespassing for a separate incident.

¯ Justin McLaughlin, 24, of Brocton was charged July 25 with second degree assault.

¯ Kayla Wiberg, 26, no permanent address, was charged with trespassing on Aug. 2.

¯ Michael Black, 17, no permanent address, was charged Aug. 3 with first degree robbery, second degree assault, second degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal obstruction of stolen property.

¯ Mylz Waterman, 30, no permanent address, was charged Friday with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.

¯ Crystal Kinsey, 36, of Fredonia was charged Friday with petit larceny.

Dunkirk Police

¯ Jonathan Tirado, 19, of Dunkirk was charged July 30 with obstruction of breathing.

¯ Matthew Buchanan-Ruiz, 27, of Dunkirk was charged Aug. 3 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.

¯ Robert J. Corbin, 49, of Dunkirk was charged Aug. 2 with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se.

¯ Jesus Ramos, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief on Aug. 5.

¯ Almestica Santos, 28, of Dunkirk was charged Saturday with third degree assault.

¯ Raul Moreno, 34, of Dunkirk was charged Friday with petit larceny.

¯ Ladazizan Waits, 26, of Dunkirk was charged Thursday with second degree harassment.

¯ Sparklynn Odebralski, 33, of Fredonia was charged Thursday with third degree assault.

¯ Timothy Brown, 37, of Dunkirk was charged Aug. 8 with second degree assault and third degree criminal possession of a weapon.

¯ Bobby Ross, 33, of Fredonia was charged Aug. 8 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal trespass in the second degree.

¯ Miliel Carrasquillo, 30, of Dunkirk was charged Monday with fourth degree criminal mischief.

¯ Aaron Tundo, 29, of Silver Creek was charged Monday with fourth degree criminal mischief.

¯ Edward Masonett, 32, of Dunkirk was charged Tuesday with possession of a hypodermic instrument.

¯ Jason Lack, 37, of Dunkirk was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, and also faces two counts of second degree contempt of court from a prior bench warrant.
