¯ On Saturday Bernardo Cuevas Rivera, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Saturday Robert D. Zimmerman, 61, of Dunkirk was charged with trespass.

¯ On Monday Robert Harris, 47, of Brocton was charged with third-degree unlicensed fleeing on a police car, no interlock device, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, reckless driving, overtaking a vehicle and failure to comply.

¯ On Monday Joy M. Sprague, 24, of Forestville was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.

¯ On Monday Naomi Rosas, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, DWI per se and no tail light.

¯ On Tuesday David C. Smith, 20, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ On Tuesday Dylan J. Pieszak, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
