¯ DUNKIRK — On Monday at about 6:55 p.m., deputies responded to a residence in the town of Dunkirk for an alleged trespass complaint. Upon arrival deputies identified Rodney G. Clyburn, 38, of Dunkirk. Investigation found that Clyburn was violating an order of protection. He was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt. He was released and is due to at Dunkirk Town Court on a later date.

¯ On Dec. 19 Stacy L. Cole, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected vehicle, unregistered vehicle and improper plates.

¯ On Dec. 20 April D. Bennett, 40, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

¯ On Dec. 21 Evelyn C. Ruiz, 27, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign.

¯ On Saturday Samantha J. Coleman, 29, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a turn signal violation.

¯ On Saturday Oscar Bautista, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration and no insurance.
