ELLERY — Robert W. Strang III, 47, of Westfield was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after an alleged incident that took place on Jan. 14. It is alleged that Strang violated an order of protection that was issued by Chautauqua County Family Court. Strang was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.

¯ WESTFIELD — On Friday at 12:30 p.m., Anthony Delmonte, 19, of Westfield was arrested and issued two appearance tickets after an investigation into a domestic dispute that allegedly occurred on Thursday between Delmonte and a female victim.

It is alleged that during the domestic dispute, Delmonte had punched and kicked the female victim while she was holding a child. Delmonte will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.

¯ WESTFIELD — On Friday at approximately 3:15 p.m., Westfield Police issued Mark A. Maley, 53, of Westfield an appearance ticket for second-degree harassment.

It is alleged that a female employee of the Absolut Care Facility, located at 26 Cass St. in Westfield, filed a complaint with the Westfield Police indicating that Maley allegedly attempted to put his arm around her and kiss her. Maley will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date to answer for the charge.
