¯ BEMUS POINT — On Thursday troopers responded to a residence in Bemus Point for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation conducted by police alleged that Tyler Skillman-Drake, 25, of Jamestown verbally threatened the victim and damaged her vehicle while she and a three-year old child were inside it. Skillman-Drake was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and taken to Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — On Saturday at around 2:05 p.m. deputies conducted a stop on Route 430 in the town of Chautauqua. The driver was identified as Michael J. Watson, 40, of Jamestown. According to police Watson’s license was suspended and after a brief investigation he was also allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Watson was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail.

Cattarugus County Court

JAMESTOWN — Eric Reese, 32, of Jamestown, entered a plea of guilty to fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class C felony. The incident occurred on or about Oct. 19, 2017, in the City of Olean, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully sold a narcotic preparation. Sentencing is scheduled for May 6.
