¯ WESTFIELD — On Friday at approximately 8:44 p.m., Westfield Police stopped a vehicle in the village of Westfield for an alleged traffic violation. After an investigation, it was found the driver, Robert F. Paden, 74, of Portland was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a suspended New York state driver’s license.

Paden was issued traffic tickets for his charges and will appear in the village of Westfield court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA — On Jan. 27 at about 6:58 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a vehicle off the road on Beech Hill Road. The driver of the vehicle was identified as David J. Price, 53, of Chautauqua. After a brief investigation, it was determined that Price was allegedly operating his vehicle in an intoxicated state. Price was taken into custody and charged with failure to keep right, DWI, and aggravated DWI .18 or higher.
