¯ GERRY — On Monday, at roughly 8:45 p.m., deputies were called to an incident on Old Chautauqua Road. Upon arrival, Joshua J. Burke, 30, of Stockton, was observed operating a motor vehicle in a mobile home park. Investigation found Burke to allegedly be impaired by drugs. Burke was taken into custody and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

¯ WESTFIELD — On Monday, at around 9 p.m., deputies responded to a three-vehicle personal injury accident on Route 20. It was found that Chana Beckes, 41, of North East, PA, allegedly lost control of her vehicle and struck another vehicle in the oncoming lane. A third vehicle was unable to avoid the original collision and struck one of the vehicles. Beckes and two passengers from another vehicle were transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Beckes was charged with failure to keep right.

¯ FREWSBURG — On Tuesday at approximately 1 a.m., deputies responded to a call on West Main Street. After a brief investigation, it was determined that Mark D. Boardman, 49, of Frewsburg, allegedly harassed an individual and proceeded to break her glasses. Boardman was given appearance tickets for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

PERRYSBURG — On Jan. 26 at around 10:35 p.m., Troopers received a complaint of an erratic operator on North Road. The motor vehicle allegedly went into a ditch, then left the scene. Troopers checked the area, and a short time later, located the motor vehicle in question disabled on Route 62. Troopers subsequently found the operator, Clyde G. Hallett III, 61, of Leon, in an allegedly intoxicated state. Hallett was arrested for DWI and processed at State Police Collins with a reportable BAC of .15 percent.
