KIANTONE — On Jan. 18 at roughly 12:21 a.m., deputies located a vehicle on Martin Road that was allegedly involved in an earlier call in the Town of Carroll. Deputies identified the operator as Patrick A. Byroads, 28, of Cassadaga. Following an investigation into the incident, deputies arrested Byroads for DWI and DWI per se.

STOCKTON — On Jan. 26 at around 10:08 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly make several lane violations on Route 60. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as John T. McGill, 58, of Tonawanda. Following an investigation into the incident, deputies arrested McGill for DWI, DWI per se, and move from lane unsafely.

POMFRET — On Jan. 27 at approximately 2:44 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly operating with only one headlight on Route 60. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Branden L. Czechowski, 35, of South Dayton. Following an investigation into the incident, deputies arrested Czechowski for aggravated DWI blood alcohol .18 percent or higher, DWI, inadequate headlights, and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

RIPLEY – On Jan. 30 at about 2:22 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a vehicle allegedly in a ditch on Route 76. Deputies located the vehicle and identified the operator as William G. Bissell, 68, of Ripley. Following an investigation into the incident, deputies arrested and charged Bissell with felony DWI-previous conviction within preceding 10 years, speed not reasonable, and move from lane unsafely.
