JAMESTOWN — On March 3, troopers conducted a road check on Route 60. While speaking to driver, John Milliman, 26, of Sinclairville, during the road check, troopers allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Milliman and his vehicle revealed a bag containing nine grams of marijuana. Milliman was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana.

STOW — On Feb. 28, troopers pulled over a vehicle on I-86 for speeding. While speaking to the driver, Kevin Deiner, 31, of Erie, PA, troopers allegedly smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Deiner and his vehicle revealed a marijuana cigarette. Deiner was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana.
