≤ RIPLEY — On March 16 at approximately 5:10 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle for an alleged traffic violation on Route 20. Upon further investigation, it was reportedly discovered that the operator, Shawn P. Smith, 48, of Fairview, PA was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. Smith was arrested and charged with DWI, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and speeding.

≤ GERRY — On March 17 at around 12:55 a.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle accident reported on Terry Road. Investigation found that the operator, Christopher L. Bruyer, 33, of Sinclairville, was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state at the time of the accident. Bruyer was taken into custody and charged with DWI, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and moved from lane unsafely.

≤ POLAND — On March 18 at about 5:49 a.m., deputies responded to an alleged property damage accident on I-86. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Gabriel A. Harrison, 41, of Jamestown. Harrison was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, no insurance and moved from lane unsafely.
