¯ On March 30, Nassir D. Addison, 23, of Rochester was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal.
¯ On March 30, Alexander D. Benejan, 19, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, cell phone violation and unlawful possession of a device.
¯ On Monday, Michael D. Mirek, 59, of Dunkirk was charged with public lewdness.
¯ On Monday, Ashley N. Salgado, 32, of Westfield was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected vehicle and window tint violation.

¯ On Tuesday, Javier Vega Fuentes, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, right on red and uninspected vehicle.

Westfield Police Department
≤ On March 29 at roughly 11:35 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Cottage Street for a domestic dispute. The victim alleged that Richard D. Young, 50, of Westfield, dumped a mop bucket full of water on her, slapped her across the face and took her cell phone to prevent her from calling for help. Young was arrested for second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Young was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
