¯ Maria Ramos, no age given, of Dunkirk, was charged April 5 with third degree assault.

¯ Angelytte Barotto, 25, of Dunkirk was charged April 5 with third degree assault, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

¯ Nyasa Bediako, 29, of New York City was charged April 6 with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, open container violation and speed in zone.

¯ Nathan Ludwig, 19, of Hamburg was charged April 6 with unlawful possession of alcohol and an open container violation.

¯ Jacob Nicholson, 22, of Dunkirk was charged April 7 with a noise ordinance violation.

¯ Ryan Keyes, 23 of Fredonia was charged April 7 with a noise ordinance violation.

¯ FREDONIA — On April 6 at roughly 12:40 a.m., a deputy stopped a vehicle on West Main Street. Shortly thereafter, another vehicle struck the patrol car, reportedly causing damage. The operator of that vehicle fled the scene and was stopped a short distance down the road. The operator was identified as Jessica M. Tenamore, 34, of Forestville. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Tenamore was allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated state. Tenamore was placed into custody and charged with DWI, DWI per se, refusal to take a breath test and failure to exercise due care when passing a stopped, standing or parked emergency vehicle. Tenamore was later released with appearance tickets for Village of Fredonia Court.

¯ POMFRET — On April 6 at around 9:30 a.m., deputies responded to Woodcrest Avenue for a report of a physical domestic incident. Investigation found that during the incident Nicole R. Ostrye, 27, of Fredonia, allegedly struck a victim multiple times, while the victim was holding a 6-month-old baby. Ostrye was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She was then transported to Chautauqua County Jail to await centralized arraignment.

¯ On April 7 at around 1:26 p.m., deputies conducted a warrant check on Middle Road. Deputies located Yosuam R. Robles, 33, of Dunkirk, who was allegedly wanted out of the Town of Dunkirk for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Robles was taken into custody without incident and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
