≤ JAMESTOWN — On June 10, troopers pulled over a vehicle on Route 60 for observed traffic violations. After allegedly failing several field sobriety tests, the driver, Kevin Jenkins, 54, of Jamestown, was placed under arrest and charged with DWI. Jenkins was transported to State Police Jamestown, where he provided a breath sample of .08. Jenkins was then processed, issued a ticket and released. Jenkins is scheduled to appear in Town of Kiantone Court next month.

≤ BUSTI — On June 7 at roughly 11:13 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Fairmount Avenue for multiple lane violations. The operator was identified as Joshua L. Moran, 29, of Jamestown, and subsequent investigation allegedly found him to be intoxicated. Moran was taken into custody and charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, moved from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. After refusing a breath test, Moran was held at Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment and will appear in Town of Busti Court at a later date.
≤ SILVER CREEK — On June 8 at around 9:33 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a location on Route 20 for a reported altercation. It was then reported that one of the subjects fled the scene. The subject in question, Andrew L. Blasdell, 35, of Silver Creek, was located at an address on Route 20 in the Town of Hanover. Investigation found that Blasdell was allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated state. Blasdell was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Blasdell was released with appearance tickets and is to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
≤ JAMESTOWN — On June 10 at about 12:30 a.m., deputies located Jennifer M. Hicks, 27, of Jamestown, at her residence on Hallock Street. Hicks reportedly had an active arrest warrant for second-degree harassment, and was taken into custody without incident. Hicks was then transported to Chautauqua County Jail and will answer the charge on a later date.
BROCTON — On June 12, following an investigation conducted by the Chautauqua County Criminal Division, Paul R. Dunn III, 36, of Brocton, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. It is alleged that the investigation revealed that Dunn entered and remained unlawfully in a residence on Lake Avenue on May 1. Dunn was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Portland Court later next week.
