¯ NORTH HARMONY — On June 15 at roughly 2:35 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly fail to signal a turn onto North Maple Street. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Holly A. Mullard, 29, of Jamestown. Following an investigation, deputies arrested and charged Mullard with DWI, DWI per se and failure to signal a turn. Mullard will answer the charges in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.

¯ HANOVER — On June 21 at about 1:15 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly commit a traffic violation on Routes 5 & 20. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Dominique A. White, 22, of Irving. Following an investigation, deputies arrested and charged White with DWI, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speed in zone. White will answer the charges in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

¯ JAMESTOWN — On June 22, a concerned citizen notified authorities that he observed an intoxicated individual in Sherman, who then began to drive on I-86 east. Troopers located and pulled the suspect vehicle over in Jamestown at Exit 11. The driver, Rafael Gattorno, 57, of Jamestown, was placed under arrest after allegedly failing several sobriety tests. Gattorno was charged with aggravated DWI and transported to State Police Jamestown, where he provided a breath sample of .20. Gattorno was then processed, issued tickets and released. Gattorno is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯ KENNEDY — On June 22, troopers responded to a residence for a report of a past-tense harassment complaint. Investigation revealed that Alicia Tanner, 23, of Jamestown, had slapped, then shoved the victim, and threatened his life. Tanner was charged with second-degree harrassment, issued a criminal summons and is scheduled to appear in Town of Poland Court later in the month.
