Evans Police Department

¯ Patrol stopped a vehicle on Erie Road for an alleged illegal signal. Patrol identified the driver as David J. Hollmer, 31, of Brant, and an ENTPortal check revealed his license to be suspended. Hollmer was placed under arrest and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and illegal signal: less than 100 feet. Hollmer was booked at Evans Police, his vehicle was impounded and he was later released with two traffic tickets.

Dunkirk Police

¯ On July 18, Kevin O’Brien, 60, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree assault.

¯ On July 19, Robert W. Lawrie, 85, of Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal solicitation and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ On July 21, Christopher R. Davis, 31, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, DWI with a .08 of 1% BAC, and speeding in zone.

¯ On July 21, Virginia M. Beilen, 41, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 22, Noel Rosas, of Dunkirk was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

¯ On July 22, Monserrate Silva Jr., 57, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On July 22, Daniel P. Klee, 57, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Tuesday, Stephanie P. Soule, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On Wednesday, Michael D. Bobik, 30, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and open container.

¯ On Thursday, Ian T. Ward, 27, of Silver Creek was charged with petit larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
