ELLINGTON — A Sinclairville man is facing a harassment charge after an incident late Friday.

At about 10 p.m., Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to a trespass complaint on Route 62. Upon arrival, deputies located Cody L. Clutter, 27, near the incident location. After an investigation, it was found that Clutter had gone onto the property of another individual without their permission, and then acted in a manner to cause alarm to that individual.

Clutter was charged with second-degree harassment in the 2nd degree and trespass. He was issued appearance tickets for the above charges and will be in the Town of Ellington Court at a later date and time.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff

NAPOLI — Three Cattaraugus County residents have been charged with drug possession after a traffic stop late Thursday at Route 242 and Narrows Road.

Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies report stopping Benjamin Finch, 29, of 40 Jefferson St., Cattaraugus around 10 p.m. Upon an investigation, Finch did not have a driver’s license and was in possession of methamphetamine. A search of the vehicle led to passengers Dusti Ginnery, 33, of Limestone, and Danay Marsh, 24, of Little Valley also being in possession of meth.

All three were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and were due in town court at a later date.
