¯ On March 14, Tyrone L. Hall, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and moving from lane unsafely.

¯ On March 14, James Howard, 26, of Fredonia was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.

¯ On March 14, Mellissa A. Meadows, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with criminal trespass.

¯ On March 15, Carla Andujar-Rosado, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate plate lamps.

¯ On March 15, Benjamin A. Pryll, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate headlights.

¯ On March 15, David E. Morga, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI with .18 percent or higher, refusal of a breath test, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and failure to yield the right of way at a green light.

¯ On March 24, Timothy P. Kulig, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree obstruction of government administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ On March 25, Bailey Martinez Jr., 39, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.
