¯ On April 22, Jesus Ramos, 35, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
¯ On April 23, Kevin M. O’Brien, 60, was charged with petit larceny. On April 24, he was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, improper plates and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
¯ On April 26, Kadarius Westbrook, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.
¯ On Tuesday, Ethan A. McHale, 21, of Gowanda was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI and failure to dim lights.
¯ On Wednesday, Dane Robillard Jr., 35, of Dunkirk was charged with harassment.

MAYVILLE — On Friday, Shawn M. Hallmark, 36, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies were called to a location for a report of an unwanted person. Upon further investigation, deputies found Hallmark allegedly in possession of a quantity of cocaine and fentanyl. He was arrested and was later released with an appearance ticket.
