FALCONER — On May 3, Troopers out of State Police in Jamestown arrested Kyle Lewis, 28, on charges of third-degree assault and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Troopers responded to a residence for a report of an assault victim. Investigation revealed that during an argument, Lewis allegedly struck the victim in the face.

Lewis was placed under arrest and while being searched prior to transport, troopers said they located three bags of methamphetamine in Lewis’ wallet. Lewis was processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.

The victim was treated at UPMC Hospital in Jamestown for minor injuries.

SHERIDAN — On May 3, Mark A. Kozlowski, 42, of Cheektowaga was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

Deputies responded to a report of an aggravated harassment. Upon further investigation, it is alleged that Kozlowski contacted another subject and threatened that person.

Kozlowski was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Sheridan Court at a later date.

¯ SHERMAN — On Wednesday, William A Deloe, 36, was charged with obstructing governmental administration.

At around 7:45 p.m., deputies responded to an address for a reported altercation. While deputies were on scene, Deloe allegedly physically obstructed them and interfered with the investigation.

Deloe was taken into custody and arrested. He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sherman Court at a later date.
