¯ KENNEDY — Roseanne Nelson, 39, of Falconer, was charged with second-degree burglary. Troopers received a past-tense burglary complaint at a residence in Kennedy where electronics and personal items were reported stolen. Nelson was processed and issued a ticket to appear in Poland Town Court later.

¯ JAMESTOWN — Christopher Nielsen, 43, of Wattsburg, Pa., was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers stopped a vehicle Sunday on Route 394 in the town of Ellicott for a passenger seat belt violation. An investigation found that Nielsen was violating an order of protection. Nielsen was issued a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ SHERIDAN — Emily Gonzalez, 22, of Cassadaga, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Gonzalez was stopped Sunday on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan for a traffic violation. She was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests and is scheduled to appear in Sheridan Town Court later.
