¯ On Aug. 1, Michael P. Armstrong, 51, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Aug. 4, Kimberly A. Ryczko, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with DWAI, failure to comply, no seat belt, no right side mirror, unsafe tires, moved from lane unsafely, failure to keep right and speed in zone.

¯ On Aug. 4, Jodie R. Ross, 43, of Stanley was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, inadequate lights, registration suspended and no insurance.

¯ On Aug. 5, Antonio G. Bautista Lopez, 30, of Harrisonburg, Va. Was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI per se, failure to keep right and refusal of a prescreen.

¯ On Aug. 5, Joseph Alonzo Rosario, 33, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny.

¯ On Aug. 7, Nylix JF Thomas, 18, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.

¯ On Aug. 7, David A. Blodgett, 56, of Dunkirk was charged with falsely reporting an incident.

¯ On Aug. 8, Kenny Valentin, 27, of Philadelphia Pa. was charged with DWI and failure to keep right.

¯ On Aug. 9, Edwin Rivera-Rivera, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, inadequate tail lamps

¯ On Aug. 9, Ashley E. Halas, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with failure to stop at stop sign, display of forged inspection.

¯ On Aug. 10, Frank J. Oliveras, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with operation with a suspended/revoked registration, failure to stop at stop sign and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ On Aug. 10, Christopher Mekus, 47, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

¯ STOCKTON — Justin L. Horton, 35, of Stockton, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. Deputies responded at 5:30 p.m. Monday to Stockton for a reported altercation. An investigation found that Horton allegedly damaged a vehicle using a sledge hammer and menaced another individual on the property. An arrest warrant was issued, and Horton was taken into custody Tuesday. He was additionally found to be in possession of a hypodermic instrument, and later transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Joshua J. Dash, 40, of Silver Creek, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday to Central Avenue in Silver Creek for a reported altercation. An investigation found that Dash allegedly harmed another person and prevented them from leaving the residence and calling 911. Dash is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court later.
