CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FRENCH CREEK — Latasha M. Myers, 38, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, Leandra’s Law, unlicensed operator and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1:08 a.m. Monday on Route 474 in the town of French Creek. An investigation found that Myers was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a 10-year-old passenger in the vehicle. Myers was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ HANOVER — Bradley A. McIntyre, 47, of Randolph, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 6:13 p.m. on Friday on Route 5 and 20 in the town of Hanover. McIntyre was found to be intoxicated, and a check showed he had a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years. McIntyre was released with tickets to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ Hunter J. Evans, 20, of Stockton, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Evans was taken into custody Friday after it was alleged that he stole property valued at over $1,000. He was issued a ticket to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

¯ On Aug. 14, Edward T. Wilson, 25, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree assault.

¯ On Aug. 14, Elon J. DeJesus, 26, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault.

¯ On Aug. 15, Edwin Lopez Morales, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary, petit larceny and second-degree harassment.

¯ Adonis Calderon Colon, 22, of Tampa, Fl. Was charged with no insurance, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, no helmet and driving on sidewalk.

¯ Victor Lasanta-Santiago, 34, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ On Aug. 17, Leah M. Nickerson, 43, of Dunkirk was charged with tampering with evidence and bicycle entering roadway.

¯ On Aug. 17, Pedro A. Corraliza, 48, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment, criminal mischief and petit larceny.

¯ On Aug. 18, Gabriel M. Soto, 28 was charged with four counts of petit larceny.

¯ On Aug. 18, Francina Davis, 51, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ On Aug. 18, Angel G. Ramos, 20, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating without insurance and operating while registration was suspended or revoked.

¯ On Aug. 18, Joseph P. Thompson, 27, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault.

¯ On Aug. 20, Raymond M. Provorse, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, speed in zone and improper plates.

¯ On Aug. 20, Luis A Perez-Torres, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, operating without insurance, operating while registration is suspended or revoked and improper plates.
