¯ Jomary Martinez, 40, of Dunkirk, was charged May 22 with petit larceny.
¯ Jennifer Roche, 47, of Dunkirk, was charged May 28 with petit larceny.
¯ Karen FitzGerald-Boulton, 35, of Fredonia, was charged May 29 with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and operating motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more blood alcohol content (first offense).
¯ Scott Fitch, 50, of Erie, Pa., was charged June 3 with reckless driving.
¯ Hope Milliman, 25, of Dunkirk, was charged June 4 with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
¯ Yashira Ayala-Valentin, 29, of Dunkirk, was charged June 5 with petit larceny.
¯ Anthony Mcguigan, 20, of Shortsville, was charged June 10 with felony criminal possession of stolen property (greater than $3,000).
¯ David Crossland, 48, from Texas, was charged June 11 with driving while intoxicated.
¯ Maria Thompson, 41, of Dunkirk, was charged June 11 with petit larceny.
¯ Danielle Braun, 35, of Fredonia, was charged June 11 with petit larceny.
¯ Lucas Trautman, 27, of Fredonia, was charged Thursday with aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Andria Stone, 46, of Dunkirk, was charged Thursday with petit larceny.
¯ Dylan Slaght, 21, of Fredonia, was charged Thursday with felony criminal mischief.
¯ Cassandra Adams, 75, of Dunkirk, was charged Friday with petit larceny.

¯ PORTLAND — Cole W. Sutton, 22, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, uninspected motor vehicle, stopping/standing/parking on highway and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies were called at 7 p.m. Wednesday to Parkview Lane in the town of Portland to check the well-being of a person slumped over behind the wheel of a vehicle. An investigation found that Sutton was allegedly under the influence of drugs as well as a small quantity of methamphetamine and fentanyl. He is scheduled to appear in Portland Town Court later.
¯ MINA — Steven C. Burnham, 68, of San Diego, Calif., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies received a complaint June 7 for a North Road address in the town of Mina. An investigation found that Burnham intentionally damaged another person’s property. He is scheduled to appear in Mina Town Court later.
¯ RIPLEY — Faustino Santos, 32, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speed in excess of 55 mph and driving with open container. Deputies at 8:46 p.m. on Thursday observed a vehicle speeding in excess of 55 mph. An investigation found that Santos was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Ripley Town Court later.
