CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SINCLAIRVILLE — Wayne B. Wright, 50, of Sinclairville, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies were called at 1:09 a.m. Sunday to Sinclairville for a gunshot complaint. Wright, 50, was taken into custody following an investigation and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ KIANTONE — Robert T. Voytovich, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Deputies responded at 10:30 a.m. Sunday to Martin Road in Kiantone for a reported disturbance. Voytovich was taken into custody following an investigation. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ Velmon Boyd Sr., 53, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree attempted escape. Boyd, an inmate at the Chautauqua County Jail, was transported June 23 to UPMC Chautauqua for medical treatment and attempted to get away after becoming agitated. He reportedly ran into the hallway but was apprehended by a corrections officer. Boyd was brought back to the jail and later arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
