Dunkirk Police Department

¯ Jesse Borello, 25, of Fredonia, was arrested Dec. 19 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration and inadequate muffler.

¯ Robert Lozada, 48, no address listed, was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with criminal mischief.

¯ Donald Arcara, 50, of Angola, was arrested Dec. 22 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates and loud exhaust.

¯ Alvin DeJesus-Rivera, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 23 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree harassment, unlicensed operation and disobeying a traffic control device.

¯ Antonio Watts, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Jose Ruiz Jr., 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

¯ Rebecca Gard, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Angela Kellog, 30, of Stockton, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with tampering with evidence and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Frederick Gutekunst, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ David Serrano-Lozada, 61, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, refusal to take breath test and failure to signal.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF

¯ PANAMA — Members of the Chautauqua County SWAT, Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Patrol, and Chautauqua County EMS executed a search warrant at 9 School St. at 3:40 p.m. Saturday. James F. Chase, 34, was located at his residence and detained without incident.

Upon the completion of the search Chase was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail where he was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Program, aka CAP.
