The Resource Center hires social worker Tina King

The Resource Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Tina King as a licensed master social worker in TRC’s Article 16 Clinic.

Social work provided through the Article 16 Clinic is geared toward meeting the mental health needs of people who are diagnosed with mental health and developmental challenges.

King works in the Carl Cappa Building on East Second Street and in the Michael J. Raymond Center on Jones & Gifford Avenue.

King came to TRC because she wanted to help others.

“I enjoy guiding people to reach their goals and live the lives they want and deserve,” she said. “I would like to help others reach their goals and gain experience in working with people of all ages.”

King obtained her master’s degree from the University at Buffalo.

King also works for New Vision Services, Inc., an organization that supports people with mental, physical or other disabling conditions, we well as those who are socially and economically disadvantaged.

When not at work, Ms. King enjoys spending time with her family.

She and her husband, Roger, live in Cassadaga and have a daughter, Emily.

To schedule an appointment with King, contact her at 661-4728 or at tina.king@resourcecenter.org.
