Jewelry event helps women

Submitted Photo Kirk’s Jewelers recently held a Rebel Nell Truck Show Event. One hundred percent of the proceeds were donated back by Kirk’s to Rebel Nell — helping employ, educate and empower women — and to The Salvation Army Anew Center — empowering individuals to end violence and begin anew. Rebel Nell is co-founded by Jamestown Native, Amy Peterson. The jewelry is made from fallen graffiti, revealing the beauty underneath each layer. Strong. Bold. Unique. Pictured: Christine Nopper, Colleen Yerico, owner Kirk Frey, co-founder of Rebel Nell Amy Peterson, and event coordinator Sharon Frey.
