Fredonia First United Methodist Church drama camp begins

This Wednesday, July 10, marks the start of FFUMC’s Drama Camp, which takes place at the church (25 Church St. in Fredonia). The camp, which is free to attend, will meet every Monday and Wednesday through Aug. 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. Students in grades K through 12 will learn about theater and hone their acting skills as they role play Biblical-themed skits and plays. Students will show off their talents with a performance during the week of the Fredonia Farm Festival. Those interested can call 679-1513 or email youth@fredoniafirst.org.

Dunkirk Citizens Advisory Board to meet Wednesday

On Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., the Dunkirk Citizens Advisory Board will hold their monthly meeting in the City Hall Conference Room, located on the second floor.

County Land Bank to meet Wednesday

The Chautauqua County Land Bank Corp. has scheduled its monthly Board Meeting for 9 a.m., Wednesday, July 10 in Conference Room 331 at the Gerace Office Building, 3 No. Erie St., Mayville. The board meeting of the CCLBC is conducted to discuss business associated with the acquisition and sale of property by CCLBC and other official business as required (agendas will be provided at the meeting). The Acquisition/ Disposition Committee will meet prior to the Board at 8:30 a.m.

Westfield Town Clerk’s Office to close Thursday, Friday

The Town of Westfield Town Clerk’s Office in Eason Hall, 23 Elm St., is closed Thursday, July 11 and Friday, July 12. Regular hours will resume on Monday.

Fredonia Board of Education sets reorganization meeting

The Fredonia Board of Education will hold its annual reorganizational meeting and regular meeting Monday, July 15, at 6 p.m. in the high school library.
