Anderson-Lee Library’s ‘Dinovember!’ planned for Saturday

Adams Holiday Market set for this weekend

The Adams Holiday Market will take place Saturday, Nov. 16 and Sunday, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Adams, 600 Central Ave., Dunkirk. Bring in the holidays with old and new craft vendors. Find holiday needs and enjoy a snack at the Adams.

Fredonia Food Pantry open Saturday

On Saturday, Nov. 16, The Fredonia Food Pantry will be open from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Fredonia Presbyterian Church at 219 Central Ave. The pantry serves the needs of residents of Fredonia, area code 14063, Pomfret, Sheridan, and Laona. All guests receive one or more bags of non-perishable food. Number of bags given out depends on family size.

Leon Fire Company turkey party and raffle Saturday at fire hall

The Leon Fire Company will hold its annual turkey party/basket raffle at the Leon Fire Hall on Leon-New Albion Road in Leon on Saturday, Nov. 16. Doors will open at 6:30 and the event will begin at 7 p.m. There will be free food and refreshments.

Cherry Creek VFW Veterans annual “Spinning the Wheel” event Saturday

The Cherry Creek VFW Veterans, located at 7165 N. Cherry Creek Road, Cherry Creek, will hold their annual “Spinning the Wheel” event on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. There is no admission fee. The event features $1 spins (strip steaks, turkey, hams) and free buffet foods.
