Festivals Fredonia, Inc. to hold annual meeting Thursday

Festivals Fredonia, Inc. will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, Dec. 19 at 5:30 p.m. at Darwin Barker Library, in the Steele Room. Discussion will include the dates for all of the 2019 festivals and the announcement of the annual “community give back” recipient for 2020. The public is encouraged to attend to learn more about the organization and the festivals, and to find out how to be a volunteer for the organization and/or sponsor for the events..

Revitalize Dunkirk Meeting Notice

The December monthly meeting of Revitalize Dunkirk will be held on Thursday, Dec. 19 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Fredonia Technology Incubator, 214 Central Ave., Dunkirk.

Revitalize Dunkirk is a 501(c)3 organization committed to bringing planning ideas for improving urban living to residents and elected officials of the City of Dunkirk to preserve the historic heritage, enhance the physical infrastructure, reinvigorate commerce, and boost community pride.

DFT Telephone Company Retirees meeting set for Thursday

The next DFT Telephone Company Retirees meeting will take place Thursday, Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. at Demetri’s on the Lake, 6 Lake Shore Drive W., Dunkirk. All retirees are invited. The get-together always takes place the third Thursday of the month.
