March is National Nutrition Month. This Saturday, the Market will have Mary Damiano, nutritionist and FFM board member, doing a food demo featuring maple-kale chips. She’ll also offer samples of breakfast sausage from Market vendors for members of the public to try.
The maple sap has been running like crazy, but Tom DeGolier will come out of the sugarhouse on Saturday to make his great buckwheat pancakes. There might even be a few Irish fiddle tunes to dance you through your shopping!
