Gerry woman trespasses, found with meth
PORTLAND — A trespassing complaint led to a bit more trouble for a Gerry woman.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s office investigators were dispatched to a location on Webster Road around 2:20 p.m. Monday. Upon arrival, investigators identified the subject on scene as Amanda S. Sendall, 36. Through an investigation Sendall was found to be in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine. Additionally it was found that Sendall attempted to cut off a catalytic converter on a vehicle located on the property.
Sendall was charged with trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Sendall did have active warrants out of the town of Hanover for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Sendall was arraigned in front of CAP Court and remanded to jail.
