Pennsylvania man in stolen vehicle charged
HANOVER — A Pennsylvania man is in jail after being stopped this morning for a number of traffic violations.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report William E. Sinagra, 20, of Crafton, Pa., was stopped after 1:10 a.m. The vehicle operated by Sinagra had been previously reported stolen.
After an investigation Sinagra was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, failing to dim headlights, and moving from lane unsafely.
Sinagra was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail on bail.
