Dunkirk’s Democratic leadership endorsed Judith S. Einach, candidate for the NY Assembly. During an upbeat endorsement celebration Dunkirk’s elected officials stood proudly by their choice for the Assembly.

“I’m grateful to have the support of Mayor Rosas and everyone else with me today,” Einach said. “I can only hope the voters give me their endorsements on November 6. This is a critical race. If the Senate flips, and it’s looking like it will, we’ll have two minority party members in the legislature and this doesn’t bode well for this county. Now more than ever we need a majority member in the Assembly who can bring home the resources we need and deserve. I promise to honorably represent the people of Chautauqua County and give my all to fighting for our fair share.”

Einach has significant Union endorsements including the Dunkirk Area Labor Council, Jamestown Area Labor Council, Public Employees Federation, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 106, Southwestern Building and Trades, New England Regional Carpenters Local 276, and the United Auto Workers Region 9. She is also endorsed by the Chautauqua Cattaraugus Women’s Action Network and Equality NY.
