Girl Scouts help clean up community
On Saturday, April 6 more than 50 Girl Scouts ages 5-14 from the Tri-County Service Unit (which consists of Silver Creek, Forestville, Sheridan, Irving, Gowanda, and North Collins) joined together for a spring clean-up for the community. With rakes, gloves, and garbage bags, donated from Home Depot and Valu Home Center, Troops went to Anderson Lee Library, First United Presbyterian Church, St. Rose of Lima, Sheridan United Methodist, and the Sheridan Memorial Park to pick up garbage, leaves and debris.
