Candidates for Dunkirk Common Council, from left, Dennis Welka, Nancy Nichols and Paul VanDenVouver are having a meet and greet event for all who belong to the Independence and Working Families parties. The event is at 6 p.m. Saturday in the Knights of Columbus at Third and Lynx streets. The event will include pulled pork sandwiches, pizza and wings from local delis and drink specials.
